Relax and enjoy the views as you sail on a typical dhow boat through the Omani Fjords with time for a swim in a beautiful and pristine setting. A short walk from the pier takes you to where you’ll board your traditional Omani dhow boat. You’ll sail towards the Musandam’s longest and most spectacular fjord, which is often referred to as the Norway of Arabia. Here calm, turquoise waters contrast with the creamy white limestone cliffs. Along the way you’ll pass small fishing villages and scenic landscapes.
Dolphins are sometimes spotted swimming alongside the dhows as they cruise the fjords. You’ll continue to Telegraph Island, where the British laid the first telegraph cable in 1864. The dhow will anchor near the island, with time for you to take a swim or just relax while admiring breathtaking views of mountains rising in the distance.
