The Seahawk is another name for the Osprey bird of prey - and this one is our star attraction: 2,975 feet of open air, over the water ziplining fun! With a starting height of over 110 feet - don't worry, you'll take an elevator to get to the top; the 1,429-foot zip provides awesome views of the beach, reefs and surrounding islands help to distract the thought of launching yourself over the edge into the wild blue yonder.

Once you launch, open your eyes! Take in the blue hues of the Bahamian waters and watch for the marine life as you zip over coral reefs descending lower and lower finally landing adjacent to the Silver Cove lagoon.

The return is a includes a 105-foot V-net bridge, a 25-foot chimney climb and for those with the mental and physical stamina try your hand at the 36-foot cargo net climb stationed 40 feet above the ground. Board your private transportation for a journey through Road Town. Drive along Ridge Road with amazing views over the north coast of the island. After a brief photo stop to view the islands of Guana, Great Camanoe and Anegada, you’ll drive westward to the Original Virgin Canopy Tour base camp. After a quick restroom break, the friendly staff will outfit you with your gear. Following a brief orientation and safety talk, you’ll arrive at the take-off point of the tour. The tour including the outfitting and safety talk and the 7 traverse and other challenge components, will take approximately 1 to 1 1/4 hours, depending on group size and other factors. The entire island (America’s fifth largest) lies within the limits of the 17-million-acre Tongass National Forest, which has the distinction of being America’s largest national forest. The terrain ranges from seaside estuaries to alpine mountain peaks, and you will have plenty of chances to stop and view the gorgeous scenery. With its remote location and limited accessibility, Chichagof is home to some of the animals most often associated with Alaska. In fact, the island has the world’s largest brown bear population, estimated to be three bears per square mile. You might also see bald eagles soaring above, land otters, Sitka black-tail deer and red squirrels.

As an introduction, the staff will describe the elephants’ prior lives, which often involved being exploited for labor in the logging industry. You will see firsthand how they are now treated ethically and humanely. Elephants consume hundreds of pounds of food each day, and you will have the opportunity to prepare a meal for them with ingredients such as bananas, sugar cane and watermelons. In the wild, elephants eat a remarkably wide array of plants, but the sanctuary elephants must be fed vitamin balls to supplement their diets. Enjoy a 90-minute drive along the island’s gorgeous western coastline offering views of the hilly ranchland and postcard-like vistas of mountains, ocean, and quaint fishing villages. Reap the benefits of soaking in a volcanic mud pool at Sulphur Springs Park, the largest geothermal area in the Lesser Antilles. As you enter what is billed as “the world’s only drive-in volcano,” you will pass bubbling hot springs and steam rising from vents in the earth’s surface known as fumaroles. It will be quite the experience, especially as you ease into a warm volcanic mud bath with minerals said to soothe the skin, detoxify the body and reduce inflammation from conditions such as arthritis. One attribute is undeniable—you can’t help but be completely relaxed while soaking in the warm sulphur-infused mud. The mud will be made available to apply. It is no wonder that the pools are one of the most popular attractions in St. Lucia. To round out your day, you will pause at an old sugar mill and linger over a sumptuous lunch.

Spend a fun-filled day at Xel-Ha, an aquatic theme park where you can enjoy activities such as river tubing, bicycling, snorkeling and soaring like a bird on the zip-line.

After departing from the pier, you will settle in for a scenic journey to Xel-Ha, a beautiful aquatic park in a large protected cove on the mainland. Centuries ago, the Maya created a trading center, pilgrimage site and shelter for sailors here. In the Mayan language, Xel-Ha means “where the water is born,” and it is still a fitting description.

In this natural wonderland, you will be free to participate in whatever activities interest you the most. You might ease into an inner tube and float down the Xel-Ha River. Along the way, you can pause on the riverside platforms and, if you are feeling adventurous, you can climb the Cliff of Courage and then jump off into the river.

Riding the zip-lines and then splashing down into the water is another exhilarating, adrenaline-pumping activity. You can also fly through the air on a rope swing named for the Mayan Guardian of the Air, Chuc Kay.

There are also plenty of activities that are less physically demanding. You might meander down a jungle trail, enjoy the serenity of Chacah’s Garden, and snorkel through the cove, which is teeming with marine life such as angelfish, snapper, turtles and even manatees. Enjoy the gorgeous scenery and views of the Corfiot countryside, as you travel to your horseback riding experience in the northern coast of Corfu. The stables are located in a shady olive grove by the sea. Your ride sets off across the wild headland and along Sidari’s lanes and tracks towards the beach. The trail offers you some magnificent views of the beautiful peninsula of Erimitis and paths bordered by many beautiful trees, flowers, shrubs and a variety of wild herbs.

You'll ride down to scenic Sidari Beach where you'll stop for a few minutes before retracing the same route back to the riding center.

Drive off road in a 4x4 vehicle to several colonies of penguins, where you will have time to photograph them and observe their fascinating behavior. After departing from the pier, you will set off on an exhilarating ride in a 4x4 vehicle, the last 12 miles or so off road. Upon arriving at Port Louis Farm, a member of the family that owns the property will accompany your small group to Seal Bay.

Your first stop will be at a colony of Rockhopper penguins. These birds are easy to identify by their spiky yellow and black head feathers. Unlike most penguins that waddle, Rockhoppers bound along the rocky shoreline. They are among the world’s smallest penguins and amusing to watch in their natural habitat.

Continuing on, you will drive through the shallow waters of Swan Pond, where lunch will be set up on the beach. While dining, you can expect to see all sorts of indigenous birds such as oyster catchers, grebes and kelp geese.

You might also see sea lions and a variety of penguins, including Magellanic penguins. They are named for Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan because the birds were spotted on his attempt to circumnavigate the world in 1520.

You will also pause for photos at a nearby colony of Gentoo penguins. These charismatic birds have red-orange beaks and peach-colored feet, so they clearly stand out against the coastal rocks. Being streamlined with strong flippers, Gentoos are the world’s fastest diving birds.

Your adventure begins at the cruise ship pier, where you’ll be met by your Captain and crew. After a scenic 30 minute bus transfer get ready to board your waiting 60 foot, modern, sailing catamaran. After a short safety briefing, you’ll set sail along the scenic coast of Roatan in stunning turquoise Caribbean waters. During your sail to the snorkeling point, you’ll be fitted with your snorkeling equipment and given safety instructions. There is plenty of room to stretch out on the forward sun deck and ample comfortable shaded seating. There’s also a bar serving soft drinks and purified water before snorkeling. After approximately one half hour, you’ll arrive at the snorkeling point.

Learn to surf at Cocoa Beach - Surf Capital of the World! You’ll be briefed on ocean safety and marine life awareness. Your experienced instructor will teach you how to manage your surfboard on land and in the water which will get you up and surfing safely in no time. Who knows, you may be able to ‘hang ten’ before the day is over!

Begin your tour with a 40-minute scenic boat ride through historic Nassau Harbor to Blue Lagoon Island. Upon arrival you’ll attend a fun and interactive orientation covering the natural history of sea lions, animal training techniques, ocean conservation and wildlife guidelines. This educational and entertaining encounter is your chance to experience sea lions up-close. You’ll have the opportunity to hug, feed and play with these humorous marine mammals. Your interaction will take place from specially designed, waist-deep submerged platforms in a calm, private island lagoon with ten or less guests in your program. It will be a unique adventure, you’ll never forget! Upon completion of your Sea Lion encounter, stay and enjoy the beautiful and always calm lagoon beach.
