Tucked away in Bermuda’s East End lies an unspoiled hidden paradise of pristine beaches. The Clearwater Beach Triangle will take you away from the beaten bath and crowded beaches to a series of 6 interconnecting utopic beaches, while still offering all of the great facilities and amenities to make a perfect beach day. A representative will greet you on the pier outside of your ship and direct you to Norwegian’s direct tender to St. George’s. Once you arrive in St. George’s, you will be greeted by a charismatic and knowledgeable local guide and escorted onto comfortable mini buses. After crossing the world’s smallest drawbridge, you will travel past a lengthy nature reserve in surprisingly bucolic Somerset Village, around the Great Sound and on to Gibbs Hill Lighthouse. Climb the spiral staircase of this whitewashed beacon – the world’s oldest cast-iron lighthouse – and you will be treated to 360° views of southern Bermuda. As you will notice while pausing at some of the loveliest beaches that rim the southern shores, they feature pink sand. The magnificent pastel hue comes from a combination of white limestone sediment and red single-cell organisms called foraminifera. Pastels also dominate Hamilton, Bermuda’s winsome capital, especially along Front Street. The colors beautifully complement the harbor’s turquoise water. Explore the geological wonders and eerie formations in Crystal Caves and then spend hours relaxing at a series of beaches linked by footpaths and surrounded by a nature reserve.

After departing from the pier, you will enjoy a leisurely tender ride to St. George’s Island, the northernmost point of hook-shaped Bermuda. A short scenic drive will bring you to Crystal Caves, which were discovered in 1907 when a teenager tried to retrieve his cricket ball from a hole and found it led to a huge series of caverns.

You will have the opportunity to explore the wonders underground, which include a crystal-clear lake and a profusion of white stalactites eerily illuminated for added drama. Parts of the caves are accessed along a pontoon boardwalk that floats atop the lake, allowing a closer look at the geological formations underwater. As an alternative, you may remain above ground and meander the gardens and browse the gift shop.

Departing from the ship pier, enjoy the high-speed tender service across the mouth of the Great Sound before arriving thought the narrow ‘Town Cut’ into St. George’s, settled in 1612. UNESCO has designated St. George’s a World Heritage site as it is an authentic example of an English colonial town in the New World.

After a brief orientation to ensure that you maximize the experience, you will ease into a two-person kayak and paddle off into the harbor’s typically calm and clear waters. OVERVIEW
Spend the day relaxing on the beach doing whatever you please without a care in the world. A short walk will bring you to the Snorkel Park Beach Club on the tip of fishhook-shaped Bermuda that lies between the Great Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. One of the club’s ambassadors will get you settled at your reserved single lounger, which makes an ideal home base. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy however you wish. Stretch out on the lounger and bask in the sun. Walk along the beach at the edge of the shore and take a refreshing swim in the sea. Spend as much time as you want on your chosen activities, as there is no schedule to follow or need to rush. Included is a complimentary welcome rum swizzle and 3 hours complimentary use of a snorkel and mask. A beachfront restaurant is on site for dining on your own, and plenty of water sports such as kayaking are available with special pricing.

Join the “Jolly Roger”, Bermuda’s family friendly inshore fishing specialists and fish in style aboard a clean, comfortable, fully air-conditioned 57 foot custom fishing boat. Once onboard enjoy a scenic ride through Bermuda’s pristine inshore waters to reach your fishing grounds where the fun begins. You’ll be provided with light spinning tackle, bait and any instruction you may need to hook into some snappers, triggerfish, jacks or any other of the countless species that abound Bermuda’s waters. Remember inshore fishing locations mean very little chance of being sea sick. We also have a bar on board offering water, sodas, beer. Bring some enthusiasm and a little luck and your Captain and crew will take care of the rest to ensure that you have a memorable and exciting trip! For an additional cost, have your catch cooked at local restaurant in Dockyard. Guests who catch the fish are unable to take it onboard the ship for health and safety reasons. Due to the nature of the tour, guests should be aware that some pitching and motion should be expected on the open water.

Board your vessel and be welcomed with a Rum Swizzle for a mini sightseeing cruise to the weekly Hamilton Street Festival. View the beautiful pastel-colored homes of Millionaire’s Row and tranquil hidden coves as you cruise to the island's capital. Once in Hamilton step ashore for a night out that the whole family can enjoy, including open air shopping, local arts and crafts, activities for children, live entertainment and plenty of restaurants. Following the festival, enjoy a relaxing cruise back to the ship. A cash bar is available en route.

Maximize your time in Bermuda on this great combination tour! First, enjoy sightseeing the rural west end of the island during your short shuttle ride to Somerset Island. Here you'll be provided a Trek Mountain Bike and equipped with a durable bike helmet. After receiving instruction on riding and safety, you'll begin your guided cycle tour along the original Bermuda Railway Trail.

During your bike ride, your guide will stop at various points of interest along the mostly flat trail, and provide informative commentary along the way. You'll also enjoy spectacular scenery along the trail, and time permitting you'll have the opportunity to hike up to the historic Fort Scaur and view the sprawling 17th century Mott Family estate. After your ride, cool off with a refreshing swim at a private, calm water beach.

Cruise along Bermuda’s west end shoreline toward an unforgettable snorkeling experience. Bermuda is home to over 200 square miles of the Atlantic’s most northerly fringe reef. Although beautiful, the reef is treacherous and there have been over 300 shipwrecks to prove it. On this trip you’ll visit two of Bermuda’s most famous shipwrecks, the Constellation and the Montana. They are home to an abundance of coral and fish and they are situated on the very edge of the surrounding reef.

The Captain will provide you with an overview on the history on Bermuda and some of its shipwrecks. Upon arrival to the site, you’ll be issued with snorkel equipment and given a safety briefing on how you may best enjoy up to one hour of safe snorkeling. Finally, enjoy one complimentary Rum Swizzle or soft drink on the return trip to your ship.

After a short shuttle to the beach site and after receiving some safety instructions, you’ll board your stable sit-on-top double kayaks for a fully-guided and narrated shoreline tour. Your guide will pick the best location and tour route where you’ll enjoy views of rocky coastlines, uninhabited islands and beaches. Along the way your guide will point out coastline creatures such as Bermuda long tails, egrets, herons, and various crustaceans. Following your kayak tour you’ll have the opportunity to swim and relax at the beach before your return transportation.

Join the crew on your snorkel boat, as your Captain sets course for the wreck of the 'Constellation', a shipwreck made world-famous by the film "The Deep". Three decades later, there is even more beautiful coral and fish surrounding the shipwreck. The wreck lies in only 20 feet of water, but is six miles off the north coast of Bermuda. The views are as breathtaking above the water, as they are below. After a full snorkel instruction and safety briefing, you’ll have approximately 45 minutes to explore the 'Constellation', as well as the nearby wreck of the 'Montana'. The Captain will then sound the horn, and prepare to cruise to your next snorkel location, a beautiful and secluded cluster of the world's most healthy coral reef. You’ll have another half hour to venture out and explore the underwater world before making the way back to your ship. In the event of inclement sea conditions, captain reserves the right to substitute with an inshore reef site.
