The breathtaking South shores drive offers stops for photo opportunities to view famous Horseshoe Bay and other pink sand beaches, pretty pastel colored houses with distinctive white roofs. A drive through quaint Somerset Village soon has you crossing over little Somerset Bridge, the smallest drawbridge in the world. Your tour then navigates the winding uphill drive to the base of Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, towering 120 feet above sea level, a great opportunity to photograph the 360 degree views of Bermuda.

OVERVIEW

Learn about the mysterious Bermuda Triangle – where dozens of ships and airplanes have supposedly vanished without explanation – and browse a museum that sheds some light on those enigmas. Bermuda is the northern tip of the triangle, whose other points are Miami and Puerto Rico, and the waters in between are legendary for their unnatural occurrences. You will gaze out over the sea from Fort Scaur, a late 19th-century fortress that offers an extraordinary 360° view of Bermuda. The Unlock the Secrets exhibit at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute may unravel some of the most puzzling aspects of the Bermuda Triangle. Another exhibit will allow you to investigate some of the triangle’s strange phenomena on a simulated dive to an airplane graveyard at the bottom of the sea. A driving tour through Hamilton will reveal the official northern point of the Bermuda Triangle, after which you will pause for photos of one of the island’s most beautiful pink beaches.

A combination of both shallow water and deep-water interaction, your swim experience will start with an introduction to these amazing mammals followed by a 20 minute hands on interaction and swim with the dolphins. After a short walk to the nearby downtown venue, you will settle in for an electrifying performance that will bring the Irish and Scottish cultures to life. A céilidh – pronounced kay-lee – is Gaelic for a party or any social gathering with music, dancing, and storytelling, and this one will live up to its promise. The music will be cheerful and stir the emotions as the musicians play traditional instruments such as fiddles, flutes and tin whistles. Other performers will step dance, a style in which the arms remain somewhat motionless compared to the feet. Watch carefully as you will have the opportunity to participate by learning a simple jig or a series of hop backs. To complement the festivities, relax with tea, coffee, and a light snack as you soak in the vibrant culture and warm maritime hospitality.

See Copley Square, one of the city’s most attractive spots bordered by the architectural wonders of Trinity Church and the Boston Public Library. Continuing through the upscale residential area of Back Bay and along Newbury Street, you’ll pass exclusive boutiques, trendy cafes and the Public Garden. In the heart of the city and overlooking Boston Common, lies one of the most elegant and wealthiest neighborhoods of the city - Beacon Hill.

Passing the gold dome of the Massachusetts State House, you'll see the Old South Meeting House where the Boston Tea Party began and catch a glimpse of the steeple of the Old North Church where Paul Revere had two lanterns hung to signal that the British Redcoats were on the move.

OVERVIEW

Observe the wonders underwater through the transparent bottom of your kayak while paddling through the sheltered waters off Ely’s Harbour in the West End. After a brief orientation to ensure that you maximize the experience, you will ease into a two-person kayak and paddle off into the harbor’s typically calm and clear waters. You will glide past shores lined with environmentally friendly mangroves, pause to admire the dramatically eroded cliff known Cathedral Rock and gaze out over Wreck Hill, where the Sea Venture supposedly wrecked in 1609 stranding its English crew and passengers. You may also paddle around the beach-rimmed islands that dot the natural harbor and stop to swim. Even so, the most unusual part of this adventure is watching the marine life through the kayak’s clear bottom. You may see brightly colored blue angelfish, striped sergeant majors, princess parrotfish and spotted eagle rays, all of which are native to Bermuda.
