Are there clocks in the rooms?

I haven't been on the Bliss yet, so my earlier answer was based on my travels in a variety of staterooms from Inside through Suite on nine other NCL ships, including two other ships in the same class as the Bliss. There may be clocks on the Bliss, or there may be clocks in Haven rooms, but I have never seen a clock in a stateroom on any other NCL ship. There is a display panel on the phone which shows the time in small numbers, but it usually does not get updated when the ship travels to a different time zone so it may not be accurate throughout your cruise. The navigation information channel on the TV briefly displays the current ship's time as it cycles through a vast array of maps, weather info, and other data about your cruise. On every NCL ship I have seen, though, if you want to have an actual clock in your room, you will need to bring your own.

Are there 2way phones on the Bliss to stay in touch with teenagers.

The iConcierge app will not work on the Bliss or Sky. There is a new app, Cruise Norwegian, for use on those ships. It is more robust than iConcierge. Among the things you can do with the app is the ability to book excursions, restaurants and shows, even while onboard. You can review the daily shipboard activities on the app, as well as check your folio of charges at any time while on the cruise. For a nominal one-time fee per device, you can add a talk and text feature that allows you to communicate with other passengers via smartphone and/or tablet. It is a great way for couples, families and groups to keep in touch and coordinate activities throughout the day while onboard. Note that the text and talk capabilities are disabled while in port. what can the on board creidt be used for

On board credit can be designated by NCL as either refundable or non-refundable. Non-refundable on board credit is more limited in how you can use it. It cannot be used to pay your daily room gratuity, for example. You only can use it for things like specialty dining or beverage costs, shore excursions purchased on board, spa treatments, gift shop purchases, etc. Refundable credit can be used for virtually any expense you incur, and can be returned to you in cash if you still have a credit balance at the end of your cruise.

What are the casino hours on the 7 day Alaskan cruise

The casino will only be open when the ship is sailing in international waters. As far as the hours are concerned it is usually from around 8 AM to about 3 or 4 AM if there are guests playing at that time.

Does each stateroom come equipped with USB ports for charging IPhones,etc.. Or do we need to bring adaptors

I was told by our Norwegian Cruise Consultant, who has been on the Bliss, that there are two USB ports, one on either side of the bed under the lights in the inside, ocean view and balcony staterooms. I would think there will be at least that many in the more expensive staterooms. I don't know about the studios.

Can I make specialty dining reservations online.?

NCL changed its policies and practices just over a month ago. You now can make reservations for dining and entertainment beginning 120 days before your cruise, or 130 days in advance if you are traveling in the Haven or a suite.

For the inside family stateroom (sleeps 4) where are the pullman beds stored and is there any walking space when they are out?

Normally there are 2 full sized beds that can be made into a queen bed. If the stateroom is configured for a 3rd and/or 4th guest, they will either sleep on two bunk beds attached to the wall or a combination of sofa bed and bunk bed. In case of an inside family room, most likely you will have two bunk beds attached to the wall. Your stateroom steward will open the beds in the evening and close them up at night.

Do I need reservations for the casino?

We will be cruising the Caribbean on the Bliss. I thought we could go to the casino whenever we wanted to but when I was calling for a different question, I heard a prompt for casino reservations. If we need reservations, how does that work?
