I always ordered the water package in advance bc it's so much cheaper that way. The water on the ship is actually very good. I used ice and water from bottle filling stations in the buffet to fill my hydroflask and it didn't have a weird taste or anything. Sometimes it's nice to have water in the room, but the on board water was so good, I won't buy the bottles again.

Yes. I usually drink milk at breakfast in one of the restaurants. The buffet also has milk available in large dispensing machines, but you can also find small cartons at breakfast time.

Yes. The Breakaway has 3 main/regular dining rooms. The main one is The Manhattan Room, the other 2 smaller ones are Taste and Savor. All 3 have the same menu, but only Taste and Savor are open for lunch on embarkation day. We prefer to eat at those two because of the smaller, more intimate atmosphere. The food is exactly the same and the service is excellent. Of course, there's always the buffet, but I assume you're like us and would prefer a more relaxed dining experience.

Unfortunately, the website is often glitchy. The best way to find out about upgrading your cabin is to call NCL and ask a human being. Their customer service is actually very good and a lot more reliable than the website.

I'm pretty sure most bars can make a Grasshopper. Whether they make it with ice cream or use the more traditional heavy cream is uncertain. There will definitely be at least one or two bars that can make a grasshopper, you just have to ask. If the bar you're at doesn't make them they can probably tell you which bars do.

Residents of suites (not club balcony - S class only) or the Haven will generally be escorted off by the concierge staff. Those with early excursions will be given an on-board meeting place and time and then be escorted off by the excursion staff. Otherwise you make your own way to the gangway.
