Yes, there should be a hair dryer. No, you are not usually allowed to bring your own. The cruise line generally prohibits anything that heats up except fro hair curlers and flat irons. There are European and US outlets in every room, although not many, so don't brink a ton of electrical stuff and expect to be able to plug it all in.

All rooms have a mini fridge but they do not get very cold. If you have medication that has specific temperature requirements you should contact NCL before your sailing to make sure you have accommodations.

I would take several factors into consideration. 1) How "close" is your relationship? Do you all get along well? 2) Are you used to confining space with others in it on a daily basis? 3) Do you generally spend a lot of time getting ready each day? 4) How big is each person?

I have multiple sclerosis and use the fans to offset exacerbations.

Results are as variable as the different rooms categories! You could receive your notification via Email at almost any time from (generally speaking) 30 days prior to cruise, up until you are already onboard. Smaller rooms ($) tend to be processed first, followed by each category moving upward in category ($ - $$$$). If you want an easy way of checking daily, look at your credit card for a pending amount that matches your bid total!

There is a form you can submit prior to embarkation that you can detail any food intolerance / allergies. Also, on the first day on board, you should speak with the Maitre D' in the main dining room and the Maitre D' will assist in any dining issues. Food is generally labelled and I have seen items in the buffet labelled vegan / vegetarian / gluten free, but the utensils used to serve can be moved around, so great care has to be taken when dining at the buffet. If you are concerned, they do have cooks behind the buffet who can potentially cook you something to order that will be safe to eat. Food in the dining rooms will always be safe to eat, as long as you tell your server that you have specific food allergies. The cruise line does take food allergies seriously, so try not to worry as they do a good job of keeping everyone safe. My wife and I both have different allergies and have never had a problem on any of our cruises. We do come prepared with epi pens and meds.
