Along the way, you may encounter tropical fish, lobsters, rays, turtles, and occasionally sharks, depending on the season. You’ll also experience the dramatic beauty of Cozumel’s famous Wall, a stunning underwater drop-off that plunges more than 2,000 feet deep along the island’s coastline. The journey continues to the Felipe Xicoténcatl wreck, the largest dive wreck in the area. This 154-foot former Mexican Navy vessel was intentionally sunk to create an artificial reef and help preserve this protected marine ecosystem for future generations. Today, it serves as a thriving habitat for colorful marine life, sponges, and soft corals.
