In the shallow-water portion of the program, you will enjoy meaningful interactions, including the heartwarming “Smile” behavior, where a gentle cue encourages the dolphin to flash a joyful grin, the opportunity to place a hand over the dolphin’s heart to feel its heartbeat, and the chance to experience the fascinating sounds and sonar communication dolphins naturally use to navigate and interact with one another. In deeper waters, you’ll enjoy extended time alongside dolphins, engaging in exciting behaviors such as kisses, handshakes, spins, and playful underwater bubble rings. As you snorkel, observe their natural movements and communication up close, watching them gracefully glide beneath the water as you immerse yourself in their fascinating underwater world. Guided by expert trainers, this dynamic experience blends fun, discovery, and meaningful interaction in a stunning aquatic setting.

HELPFUL HINTS

• Wear swimwear and bring a towel and biodegradable sunscreen. Follow all trainer instructions for a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Leave jewelry and loose items behind before entering the water.

Need to Know:

Note: This experience takes place in deeper water and requires participants to be comfortable in the water. For safety reasons, guests with certain medical conditions or limited mobility may not be permitted to participate. All interactions are supervised by professional trainers, and guidelines must be followed at all times. Participants must be at least 4 feet tall. Children under 4 feet tall must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. All participants must know how to swim in deep waters. Minimum age to snorkel is 5 years old and the minimum for paddle boarding is 10 years old, accompanied by an adult or guardian at all the time. Guests with neck or back injuries or pregnant women are not allowed. For the safety of the dolphins, remove sunscreen, jewelry, hats, and glasses. Guests must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. Cameras are not allowed while participating in the water. Snorkeling and paddle boarding activities are offered at the site on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to cancellation due to weather conditions. The optional activities have no monetary value in the event of weather cancellation. Dolphin observer ticket available for purchase onboard. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or limited availability of water activities.
